1 small carrot. some vegetable oil. fry the carrots for ~ 30-40 seconds. 1 cup of washed rice. 2 glasses of water. 1 teaspoon of salt. Bring to a boil and simmer until all of the water has been absorbed by the rice. 2-3 cloves of garlic. 3 medium onions.
Vegetable fat. Fry for 20-30 seconds. Simmer onions over medium heat until slightly soft. 700-800 g chicken fillet (~ 2 chicken breasts). Salt. Simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat. 1 bell pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat. 350 ml cream (10-20%).
Spices for chicken, turmeric, paprika. Dill. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. The fragrant and crumbly rice is ready! An excellent dinner for the whole family! Thanks for looking, commenting and LIKE!
