Cut 2 small eggplants into medium-sized cubes. Cut 2 medium-sized onions into cubes. Fry the onion in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes. add eggplant to the onion, a little salt. Add 1-2 chopped tomatoes (I used frozen tomatoes).

Add the chopped greens (I used frozen parsley and dill). Salt to taste. Stir and simmer, covered for another 15 minutes. Focus on the product readiness level. Chop 2 cloves of garlic.
Add garlic 5-10 minutes before finishing. Good Appetite.
