Let’s cook Korean rice. ~ 100g rice, rinsed until water runs clear. Preferably use a heavy-bottomed pan. Pour water about 2-2.5 cm above the rice level. cook over high heat until all the water has evaporated. Reduce the heat to low, cover tightly with a lid and cook for ~20 minutes. ~ 300g tomato. Cut the peel as I show. pour boiling water and leave for a few minutes.
Drain the water and peel the tomato lightly. Chop tomatoes medium. 2 large peppers. 1 carrot. 1 onion. 500 grams of minced meat. cooked rice. 1 egg. mix everything thoroughly.
Wet your hands with water and roll the ground beef into small balls. 1 large onion. put some vegetable oil in the pan. Simmer onions for 2 minutes, add carrots. cook a few more minutes. Add the peppers and 200 g frozen asparagus. salt, pepper to taste. 1 glass of water. mix everything well and simmer under the lid for ~ 3-5 minutes.
Place the meatballs on top of the vegetables. Cover and simmer on low/medium heat for 20-30 minutes. Mix everything a little halfway through. small bunch of parsley. An incredibly delicious dinner for the whole family is ready! Thanks for watching and liking my videos!
