Cut 1 onion into half rings. Fry onions in vegetable oil until translucent. Grate 1 medium carrot. and fry it with onions. Cut 2 chicken breasts into cubes. add chicken to onions with carrots. fry under the lid for a few minutes over medium heat. add 2 tbsp. L. Tomato Sauce. Simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, provencal herbs to taste. add 300 g of pasta. Pour 400-500 ml of water. Stir, simmer under the lid for about 15 minutes (after the water has boiled). Good Appetite.
