Heat 1 liter of milk (at least 3.2% fat). Add 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix 3 eggs. and 200 g sour cream (at least 21% fat). pour the mixture into milk and heat it to a boil. Cook for 5-7 minutes until large flakes appear. When the whey separates, remove it from the heat. Drain 2-3 layers through the cheesecloth. Put 1.5-2 kg under load until it cools down.
