Grate 2-3 medium-sized zucchini and season with salt. Mash the zucchini a little. Leave on for 5 minutes. Finely grate 1 small carrot. Finely chop 2-3 cloves of garlic. Squeeze the juice out of the zucchini. Combine squeezed zucchini, carrots and garlic. Add 2 eggs. the greens to taste (I took out the freezer).
Add 2 tbsp. Flour and stir. Grate 100 g of hard cheese. Vegetable fat. Spread out 1 spoon of dough. some cheese on top. another spoonful of batter on top. Fry on both sides over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes. Good Appetite.
