1.2-1.4 kg of pork. cut into large steaks. Salt, pepper, hot spices, paprika. 4 medium onions. Mash the onion with your hands to soften it. 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Marinate meat for 2-8 hours. Fry the meat over medium/high heat until golden brown. ~ 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce.

Bake at 185°C for 35 minutes. 4-6 potatoes. salt, potato spice mix, paprika. ~ 2 tablespoons olive oil. Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes. This is my husband’s favorite meat! Incredibly delicious meat recipe in the oven. Thank you for watching my videos!
