1.5 kg pork belly. 3-4 tablespoons of salt. Chill for 6-8 hours. put the meat in a bowl. fill with water ~ 1.5 l. Cook for 1 hour. remove foam. 10-15 black peppercorns, 3 bay leaves, 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds, 1 teaspoon of curry powder, 1 teaspoon of dried garlic. Chill for 1-2 hours.
