I want it to burn. You’ve got this, come on. Come on, keep pushing. What a way to warm up! We’ve got to even you out now. Keeping your eye gaze forwards. Rotating across the body. Core tight. We’ve got this. Halfway squad, come on, keep pushing. Oh wow. I’m just going to swing myself around, so I don’t squash my little puppy. Come all the way down. Hands like this. Come up and rotate at the top. Alternating sides.
15 seconds squad. Keep pushing. Amazing work. Lying all the way down for me. Side reach, into an oblique twist. Change sides, let’s go. Amazing work. I’m really starting to feel it. We’re going to be going with eight side reaches, into eight bicycles. Here for eight. Drop the feet down, then reach for eight. Keep looking forwards. Chin tucked to your chest. Keep breathing.
Come into a side plank. Side plank of your choice. Whatever works for your body. 15 seconds. Come on, keep pushing. Change onto the other side. Should be feeling the burn. Again, pick the level that suits you. Come into a plank now. Down on your forearms. We’re going to hip dip, side to side, into a sea saw. Let’s go. Last exercise, come on push it. Let’s go.
