No equipment needed. Let’s do this. 30 seconds on each exercise. Grab a weight or water bottle if you have one. Feed the weight through your legs, with a slight pause. Pull your stomach muscles in. 30 seconds on each exercise. Great work. Lift your arms up and over your head. Flutter kick your legs, up and down. Come all the way down. Arms over your head. Roll up and punch up towards the sky. Put the water bottle down. Hands in a diamond shape, underneath the lower back. Come into a reverse crunch, straighten, and back. Hold your legs straight.
Make sure your core is really tight. 10 seconds left, come on. Tight core, rib cage down. We have got this. Next exercise, cross overs. Halfway. Amazing. Lengthen your legs out. Reach all the way up, reach for the toes. Come halfway down, and back. Amazing work. Grab your bottle. Rotate to your left. Hover the right leg, crunch in, and straighten. Change sides. Let’s go. Amazing work. Lying all the way down. Both legs are up. Both arms are up. Drop the opposite arm to leg. Let’s go.
