Crunch up nice and high. Breath out, and lower back down. Onto your back, from there. You are now going to side crunch, then oblique twist. Making sure you’re going across the body, to target the muscles on the waist. Straight onto the other side. Come on, really push! Straight on to the other side. Now, onto your back. You’re going to reach your right elbow, over to your left knee.
Bring your right knee in, and straighten it back out again. Straight on to the other side. Come into a plank, with a hip dip. Do a double dip, then come back to the center. Come into a side plank, on your knee. Crunch in, then lift and lower your leg. Really push it! Straight onto the other side, in 5 seconds. Great work. Swing your legs around. Let’s go. Finishing off in sitting. We are going to run it out. Legs up. Let’s go.
