All right, let’s do this. Palm facing upwards, we’re going to crunch up, slight hold and come back down again. Really feel your waist. Nice and tight. Breathe out as you come up, and breath in as you lower. 30 seconds on each exercise. Come on, we’ve got this. Amazing work. Palm facing down now. The leg is straight. You’re going to crunch in and then lift and lower. Come onto your back. I want both knees bent.

Crunch to the side, and back again. If you want to, you can reach the hand. Both legs are up. Rotate as if you’re doing a bicycle crunch, then lift and lower. Straight onto the other side. Amazing work. Straight into bicycles from there. Really controlling it. Elbow to opposite knee and breathe. Come on. We have our first set of Russian Twists. Pull the core in nice and tight.

Hover the legs, rotate to each hip joint. The legs are straight. Twist, twist, then open and close. On to the other side. We’re going with the first exercise again. Coming in front with the legs. Palm facing upwards and lift. Palm facing upwards. Leg is straight. Crunch in, then lift and lower. Amazing work. Come onto your back for your last exercise. Your legs are up at 90 degrees.
