Welcome to your 10-day Lean Abs, waist and lose belly fat Challenge. All I can say is your core and your abs are going to be on fire. There’s a few different ways that you can do this challenge. I’ve had Pre-workout, so I’m going to have so much energy during this workout. (upbeat music) (timer beeping) We are starting off on our back, legs up to the sky. Cross for four. One, two, three, four, then reach, reach. (upbeat music) Good, feel that burn.

30 seconds each exercise. You can do it. Feel the beat of your music. Do not give up. (upbeat music) Good work, now we reach in. Straight, then pump. Nearly there. come on, keep pushing. (timer beeping).

Amazing, legs up, arms up, for four dead bugs. One, two, then bicycles across the body. Four and four. Across. Ooh that burn! Ten seconds! (timer beeping) Good into that waist, lower the legs down.

It’s reach, two, three, four. Center and center, good work. (upbeat music) (timer beeping) Amazing work. Into our reverse crunch now. So we go into a crunch. Up and hold. Good.

Use your core control to balance at the top. You can do this. Amazing work. Pop those hands underneath your lower back. Reverse crunch at an angle. Rotate and straighten. (upbeat music) Good, keep that core super tight. Work into that waist.

(upbeat music) (timer beeping) Amazing, hold those legs. Turn that core on nice and tight. 30 second hold, you can do it. (upbeat music) Woo! If you want to work the upper abs as well, lift that head, neck and shoulders up.

Look forward, core tight. 15 seconds. (upbeat music) (timer beeping) Feel that burn! Okay, eight counts, we come up and we lower. Eight seven six, five, four, three, two and lower. (upbeat music) And up.

(upbeat music) And lower. (upbeat music) (timer beeping) Amazing work. Lower those legs down. A simple set of 100’s. Lift those legs up. We’re going to pump those arms up and down.

If you can, straighten, bend. (upbeat music) (timer beeping) Lift those legs up to the sky, flex the feet. Reach, reach. Just a few exercises left. Burn your abs fat and do not give up. (upbeat music) (timer beeping).

(upbeat music) Woo! Up into a plank. We have a commando plank. Coming into the full plank position. Come down, up. Bend into our downward facing dog. (upbeat music) (timer beeping) Down on to your forearms.

Hold really nice and strong for me. Dip, up, see-saw. (upbeat music) 15 seconds. (upbeat music) (timer beeping) Woo! Oh my gosh, my abs. I told you, I definitely told you.
