INNER THIGHS TONE in 14 Days | 6 minute Home Workout


This is your 6 minute sculpt and tone inner thigh home workout challenge. We’re going to be burning into the muscles in the inside of your thighs. And trust me, you are going to feel an epic burn. This is all about making you happy, and enjoying working out. All right, get ready to feel the burn. Let’s do this. This is going to be fun. Take the upper leg over the underneath one.

Up, pump, lower. (music) Lift your arm up to make it harder. Harder still. I’ll put weight on the inner thigh. Beginners, don’t do that. (tempo dance music) (timer beeps) Four, three, two, lift it up now. Lift, lift, lower, lower, find that beat.

(dance tempo music) For all of these exercises, you can put a weight on the inner thigh if you want to. (dance tempo music) (timer beeps) Now double the pace. We pump. It’s up, up. (tempo music) For the next exercise, you are going to need a pillow or a ball if you’ve got one. Come on.

(tempo music) (timer beeps) Good work! Place that ball or pillow in between the inner thighs if you have it. If not, don’t worry. Squeeze those inner thighs together. Lift, lower, (tempo music) Keep squeezing those inner thighs! (tempo music) (timer beeps).

Amazing work. On to your back now. Keep that pillow then, knees bent. And squeeze release. (dance tempo music) Keep that core tight. Come on, keep squeezing you got this. (tempo music) (timer beep) Amazing work. Peel your way up into a bridge now. Pump, pump.

Pushing those thighs in together. (tempo music) This music playlist is so good. (dance tempo music) (timer beeps) Good. Now I want you to hold and squeeze. Squeeze at 100% of your maximum. Hold those inner thighs together. Come on, squeeze them together, booty and core tight.

(dance tempo music) (timer beeps) Keep squeezing. Come on. Amazing work. We’ve got to even you out now, onto that other side. Lift, lower. We are going to hook that upper leg over the top. Lift, pump, lower. (tempo music) (timer beeping).

Good lift, lower. Lift, lower. Amazing. Flex that foot, get some height. Pop that weight on if you want to. (tempo dance music) (timer beeps) Good now hold it up. Hold it. Now pump, pump. (tempo dance music) I know it burns, but I know you’ve got this! (dance music).

Fifteen seconds! (dance tempo music) (timer beeps) You need that pillow, or ball if you have it. Inner thighs together. Squeeze. You can do this without, if you want to. Lift, lower. (tempo music) Squeeze those inner thighs. Come on!.

(tempo music) (timer beeps) Amazing! Up into sitting to finish. I want you to come down to those forearms. The ball or the pillow in between our inner thighs, and you squeeze. Pump, pump. (dance tempo music) Now we hold. Squeeze! Come on, all the way! ( dance tempo music) (timer beeps).

You smashed it Familia! I am so proud of you for making it through another workout. I know some days you justdon’t feel like showing up. Trust me. I feel it too, but I know you will always feel so much better after completing it. So I’m so proud of you. I hope you’re proud of yourself.
