1 chicken carcass 2-2.5 kg. 100 ml soy sauce. 1 tablespoon balsamic sauce. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons of honey. 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of dried garlic. 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder. mix pepper. Marinate the chicken and remove for a few hours.

5-6 potatoes. 1 large carrot. some olive oil. salt, potato seasoning mix. Brush the chicken with the remaining sauce. cover the chicken with aluminum foil and bake at 180-200°C for approx. 60 minutes.
