3 carcasses of Pollock. Cut each fish carcass in half. Place the fish in a bowl or in a bag. Salt, Pepper, Italian Herbs, Dry Garlic, Paprika. some vegetable oil. ~ Let marinate for 30 minutes. 2 onions. Grease the casserole dish with vegetable oil. Put the onion on the bottom and the fish on top.
Cover with wet parchment. Bake for ~ 35 minutes at 195-200°C, remove the parchment paper 3-5 minutes before the end. 3-4 potatoes. Rinse potatoes with water. 2 eggs. salt, pepper, paprika. Dry the washed potatoes with a kitchen towel. 1 tablespoon of flour. Add egg mixture and mix well.
Vegetable oil ~ 1 cm. Fry on medium heat until golden brown. Place on paper towels to drain excess fat. 1/2 small onion. 2 spoons of yogurt. 2 spoons of mayonnaise. 2 spoons of tomato sauce. some black pepper. The fish turned out incredibly tasty and tender!.
