Reach your right hand towards your left foot The left to right. This is a star crunch, really concentrating on pulling those core muscles in, nice and tight. Amazing, bending both knees now, we’re going to start with the left side, up clap, and back down again. And straight onto the other side.

Come on guys, you got this. One more. Hand into a diamond shape. They now come underneath the lower back. We’re going to go up down for four, then open and close for four. And if you’re struggling at any point, guys, just bring those legs a little bit higher, okay? It’s absolutely fine, just do not stop.

Good work, the legs all low. We touch down, touch down, lift lower. 10 seconds you guys, come on. Amazing, robust crunch, open, close. Nearly there you guys come on, keep pushing. Okay, straight into an oblique crunch, and back. In that crunch, really pull those core muscles in nice and tight. Amazing, I’ve worked my way all the way off the mat.

Next up is hundreds. Double leg tabletop pumping your arms up and down. Keep your eye gaze forward. Support the head of you need to. Don’t stop. Legs down if you need to, but do not stop. Up into a plank now. You are smashing it. Down onto the floor, and coming forward and back.

Amazing work, dip to the side and forward. Come on, work those abs. Hold that core in tight. Amazing work, onto your back again. We’re back into those obliques, left side, we crunch and reach. Nearly there now you guys, come on, keep pushing. And straight onto the other side.

Next up, is dead bugs. Five seconds, come on, get your selves ready. Legs up, arms up, let’s go. 15 seconds, come on. Amazing, your hands are in an arrow, come up, touchdown, and back. Alternating sides. Straight up into sitting. Your core should be absolutely on fire now.

Nice and low, rotate. 10 seconds, come on, keep pushing. Last exercise, your legs are up, and we’re going to rotate and run. 30 seconds, then you’re done. Come on, push, push, push. 10 seconds. Teddy said, and he’s cute, which means you have to do it, please like, and subscribe.
