2 chicken fillets. Make cuts as I show. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil + 2 tablespoons butter. Sear the chicken breast on both sides. Fry over medium/high heat until golden brown. ~4 cloves of garlic. add some butter. 1 blue onion. small bunch of dill.
Juice of half a lemon. 100 ml cream (15-20%). salt, pepper, nutmeg. Bring sauce to a boil. put the chicken in the sauce. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, turning the chicken regularly. 4-6 potatoes. cut a small piece of potato. Boil potatoes until soft.
Some dill. salt, pepper, 1 clove of garlic. ~2 tablespoons olive oil. a few pieces of bacon. 50-60 grams of butter. Stuff potatoes as I show. Bake under the grill (or only on the top shelf) at 220°C for 5-10 minutes. Tender chicken breasts with creamy sauce is ready! An incredibly delicious dinner for the whole family is ready!.
