This is your 5 minute fast abs burn home workout challenge. This workout is going to have your core on fire. Trust me, this is going to challenge you in ways that you didn’t know could exist in just five minutes. 30 seconds each exercise, no equipment needed. Up into sitting. I want you to rotate the right elbow to the left knee. So it’s slow, slow, fast, fast. (upbeat rap music) (timer beeping) Straight onto the other side. Slow, out, fast, fast. (upbeat rap music) Half way.

(upbeat rap music) (timer beeping) Amazing all the way down, imprint that spine. Core is nice and tight. We’re going to roll all the way up. Reach to the toes. Punch your way down. (upbeat rap music) (timer beeping) Amazing work.

All the way down. Up into double leg table top. Straighten, in, down, up. (upbeat rap music) Good, keep going. All the way. (timer beeping) Changing legs for me. Breathe, keep the lower back flat.

Keep the core tight. (upbeat rap music) (timer beeping) Amazing work. The knees come apart. The feet are together, hands together. We come up, and back down. (upbeat rap music) (timer beeping).

Perfect. Staying up for me here. Core nice and tight, rotate elbow to opposite knee. Breathe. Keep going. 15 seconds left, come on. (upbeat rap music) (timer beeping) Now slowly lower all the way down. I want those legs up to the sky.

We are reaching for the toes. (upbeat rap music) Come on, just a few exercises left. I know this one’s intense, but do not give up. (upbeat rap music) (timer beeping) We are finishing up with hundreds. Double leg table top, pump those arms up and down. Eye gaze forward, chin tucked to chest tight.
