Cut 1 eggplant into petals without cutting to the end. Take the parsley and basil and chop finely. 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped. mix garlic, the greens, black pepper, salt and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. mix thoroughly. rub the eggplant on all sides with oil with spices. Cut 2-3 tomatoes into rings. Cut the cheese into slices. Spread the tomatoes and cheese between the aubergine slices.
Smear the eggplant over it with the rest of the vegetable oil. Good Appetite.
