One, two, and change sides. You have 45 seconds on each exercise, no breaks. If your neck is sore, lower your head down, but make sure you keep those stomach muscles nice and engaged. Ribcage down, belly button back towards the spine. 10 seconds left. (timer beeping) Amazing work.

Place both feet down. You’re going to reach to the left ankle, right, center, center. Amazing work, keep breathing. Don’t give up guys, it’s just eight exercises. That is it. 10 seconds left. (timer beeping) Amazing. From there, lie all the way down. Both legs are up.

You’re going to tuck into, reach to your ankles and straighten out. Again, if your head is sore or your neck is hurting, lower your head down, but don’t give up guys. You can do it. (timer beeping) Amazing work. Double leg, tabletop. One leg up, followed by the other.

You now have scissors, tapping one foot down, followed by the other. Keep that lower back flat. Keep your ribcage down and breathe. If you want to make this harder, come up into hover. Pick the level that suits you. Try not to stop guys, I know you can do this. (timer beeping) Amazing. Staying in double leg table top.

You straighten out to 45 degrees, one leg at a time. Then tap both feet down. Good. This is a really core Pilates exercise here. Single-leg stretch into a double-leg scissor. Keep breathing. This is amazing for your core, your pelvic floor. Incredible. Such control needed for this. 10 seconds left. (timer beeping).

Great work. Your left knee has bent. Your right leg is straight. You’re going to try and come up as high as you feel you can. Then take your elbow to your knee. Make sure you are really rotating here all the way. (timer beeping) Incredible. Going straight onto that other side. This time your right knee is bent.

Let’s go guys. Keep breathing. Keep it at a nice pace. You’ve got this, 15 seconds left. (timer beeping) Amazing. From there, I want you to come up all the way into sitting, one nice smooth movement. You’re going to roll back now to where you feel your core kicking in and hold.

Hold there. Keep breathing. Relax those shoulders. Now if you can tap into the ankle. Amazing work. 15 seconds left. Really good guys. (timer beeping) Amazing, have a moment.

Take a deep breath. We’re now going to hold for a ten second boat hold. Both legs up. Straighten them if you can. Let’s go. Ten, nine, eight, seven, breathe, six,.
